Weirdly, checking the LJ rss feed, your title post didn't actually make it in there. Possibly the --> you put in the article caused the feed reader to panic.
Could explain why you had so few responses.
Well, I shall add something a little late. Which will probably happen a lot, since I'm not good at checking websites if they don't automatically post something to my LJ friends list.
